For the past year Jason Browne has been diligently working behind the scenes, on the advancement of pro-cannabis legislation in his local community. This community has been “behind enemy lines,” as the literal capitol and place of origin for nuisance abatement schemes throughout California. The results of these efforts thus far: the adoption of a commercial hemp ordinances in Tehama County, the pending adoption of a commercial cannabis ordinance in the city of Red Bluff, and a potential cannabis ordinance in Tehama County in 2022.
