Industry Consultation

Our primary consultant (Jason Browne) is well versed in assisting clients with the formation of non-profit and for-profit business ventures. In the past 20 years, he’s helped to form many dozens of non-profit cannabis industry businesses. Jason has researched every aspect of California’s local and state guidelines for the commercial licensing of cannabis industry operations, and has already assisted three commercial operations with their licensing goals in northern California (an outdoor production farm in Trinity County, an indoor production farm in the City of Redding, and a Non-Volatile Manufacturer in Shasta Lake City). He is currently available to assist in the formation and licensing of commercial cannabis operations anywhere in the U.S.A.
